About Me
Martin was licensed to practice law in North Carolina in 2009. In that time, he has represented clients in Western North Carolina facing a variety of legal issues including family law matters, criminal charges, and civil litigation. He has represented clients at many levels of the North Carolina courts from small claims to the appellate courts. He always strives to achieve the best results for his clients whether that calls for tactful negotiation or litigating cases to trial.
Martin, originally from Eastern North Carolina, is married to Shelly, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Rutherford County. They have four fun and active children ranging in age from 21 to 3 years old. In his “spare” time, he loves reading, music, and enjoying activities and time with his family.
