Denise A. Lockett

Denise A. Lockett is originally from Johnson City, Tennessee and has been practicing primarily family law since 1998. A graduate of Mary Baldwin College, N.C. State University (M.A. in English literature) and UNC-Chapel Hill School of Law, she lives in Buncombe County.

She has previously worked with non-profit organizations Legal Aid of North Carolina and Pisgah Legal Services and appreciates the opportunity to assist clients in navigating their legal options during challenging times. She and her husband have two boys and have lived in the Asheville area for over ten years. Ms. Lockett enjoys running, reading and local theatre.
