Aimee Cain
Attorney Aimee E. Cain is a native of Concord, North Carolina. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 1997. She was licensed to practice law in California in 1997; licensed in New York in 1998; and in North Carolina in 2004.
About Me
Ms. Cain has been practicing primarily family law for 29 years in all three states. She has practiced family law in New York City with the law firms of Wachtel & Masyr, LLP and Moses & Singer, LLP. In 2011, she opened her own family law firm in Concord, North Carolina which thrived for 15 years. Ms. Cain joined the firm of Hill Law Offices, PLLC when she relocated to Hendersonville, North Carolina in August 2026.
Ms. Cain is a Certified Family Financial Mediator and has served as a Parenting Coordinator and GAL in many cases over the years. Ms. Cain strives to achieve the best results for her clients, whether through careful negotiation or aggressive litigation. When not working, Ms. Cain is a maritime artist.
